Blaine MobileConnect App

The City of Blaine is pleased to announce the release of our new mobile app solution. This new digital tool will provide you with a better connection to local resources, news, and the information you want and need when on-the-go in our community.

Use the BlaineMN MobileConnect app to enjoy convenient access to events, official news, online payments, and sign up for emergency notifications. You will also find current employment opportunities, development updates, and contact information to our City.

Apple® Device

To download the app on an Apple® **device*:**

Visit the Apple Store or search the name “CivicMobile” in the iTunes® App Store. Make sure to choose "CivicMobile" and not the "CivicMobile Preview" or "CivicMobile Demo."
Once the CivicMobile app is downloaded, you may search Blaine, MN or use the "Find My Location" feature to find our app.
Once you’ve selected Blaine during this first use, it will open the BlaineMN MobileConnect app each time the app is used.

*Note: If you have previously downloaded an older version of our mobile app on your Apple device, you will need to delete the app and download this new version.
