The City Clerk's Office is available to answer your questions about voter registration, absentee voting, filing for office and elections.  The City Clerk administers city, state and federal elections.

The Primary Election will be held on August 14 and the General Election on November 6. Additional elections information can be found at Anoka County Elections or MN Secretary of State.

Absentee Voting

Blaine residents may cast their vote at Blaine City Hall:

  • Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM
  • Saturday, November 3, 10AM to 3PM
  • Monday, November 5, 8AM to 5PM
