City ordinance requires junk and motor vehicle salvage facilities be licensed in the City of Blaine.

The following documents need to be available for upload during the online application process. Please note, documents need to be in a PDF format.
- Anoka County Hazardous Waste Generator’s License
- Background Investigation Release Form (PDF)
- Driver's License
(color copy front only) - Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Department of Safety Licenses
- General Liability Insurance
- Industrial Storm Water Permit
- Site Plan
- Watershed Approval
- Automobile Reduction License Fee - $500
(due at application submittal)
