From April 2023 through August 2023, the City of Blaine engaged in a strategic planning process. The process yielded an organizational strategic plan covering 2023-2026. The plan consists of six strategic priorities — the issues of greatest importance to the City over the next four years. Associated with each priority is a set of desired outcomes, key outcome indicators, and performance targets, describing expected results and how the results will be measured.
