Predatory Offenders

In Minnesota individuals that have been convicted and classified as a predatory offender are required to register with the State. Predatory offenders are classified as either level one, level two, or level three. Level three offenders are deemed the most likely to reoffend and community notifications are done when they move into a neighborhood. Information is also available on any non-compliant predatory offender regardless of level.
