Shelter Use During COVID-19 Pandemic

  1. All City of Blaine park shelters are currently open for small household group use. The shelters are not cleaned or sanitized and shelter users must follow social distancing guidelines. Shelters are are also available for small group rentals. Current executive orders allow for outdoor event space, such as park shelters, to operate at 25 percent capacity. This allows for groups of up to 50 people to rent park shelters. You can view shelter availability at BlaineMN.gov/Register. To make a reservation you must call the Park and Recreation Department at 763-785-6164.
Pavilions, fields, and park buildings are available for use by the public. Users must complete Facility Use Application (PDF) and submit payment before a permit will be issued. For more information contact the Parks Department.
