Ice skating rinks are typically open from late December - mid-February, depending on weather. Warming houses will close when unsafe ice conditions exist or the temperature is 10 degrees below zero or colder or a minus 10 degree wind chill is present. Please contact the Parks and Recreation Department with questions.
Anyone on hockey or general rinks must yield to scheduled use. Teams or community groups need to contact the Parks and Recreation Department to reserve rinks.
All warming houses are currently operating at 25 percent capacity. Warming house staff will enforce capacity limits at all times. Face masks are required inside all warming houses and bathrooms. Face masks are strongly encouraged when using the ice rinks. Additional benches and portable toilets are available near ice rinks. When using the ice rinks please stay at least six feet away from anyone not from your household.
The Blaine emergency management team will continue to review any changes to state guidelines and will make any needed changes to ice rink operations.
