Bike Helmet Fitting & Sales Program
The City of Blaine Safety Services Division wants to ensure the safety of bicyclists in the community. During the months of April and May we will be distributing and properly fitting helmets.

Car Seat Safety & Inspection Program
Child car seat inspections are done on an appointment only basis and are free for Blaine residents.

Choices Today, Choices for Life Program
"Choices Today, Choices for Life" is an 8-week prevention program designed for youth and taught by uniformed members of the police department in our elementary school classrooms.

Citizens Academy Program
The Safety Services Citizen Academy (CA) is designed to provide the public with the working knowledge of the City of Blaine Safety Services Division.

Neighborhood Crime Watch Program
The Neighborhood Watch program enables the police and residents to work as partners to prevent crime and meet the needs of the community.

Night to Unite
If would you like to improve the safety of your neighborhood, have a fun time with your neighbors, build community, and take part in a huge, nationwide program, then visit the Night to Unite website.

Safety Camp Program
The Blaine Police Department, Spring Lake Park – Blaine – Mounds View Fire Department, and the Blaine Parks and Recreation Department co-sponsor an exciting program to teach kids, through a variety of fun activities, how to be safe in their daily lives.

Senior Safety Fair
Each spring, the Fire Department hosts a Senior Safety & Wellness Fair to address these and other issues facing older adults.
