Programming Returned in Early June
Programs are up and running at the Mary Ann Young Center (MAYC). Check out the wide variety of offerings on page two or in the calendar on the back page of this issue and register to attend your favorites. At this time, if you are fully vaccinated a face mask is not required. If you are not fully vaccinated, a face mask is strongly encouraged. We will continue to offer social distancing when feasible to provide the safest environment possible for all to enjoy.
In person dining will resume soon. A food service worker has been hired and is in the process of being trained to bring you delicious, nutritious meals served on site through a partnership with the Volunteers of America (VOA) senior nutrition program. Menus are on the back page of the newsletter beneath the daily list of activities. At this time, there is a daily limit to the number of meals that can be ordered, so be sure to call in your food order early. The suggested donation is $4 per meal. If writing a check, make it payable to VOA.
Curbside pick-up is currently available by registration Monday thru Friday between 11:45AM-12:15PM. Deadline to reserve a meal is by noon at least three business days in advance.
