PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the City of Blaine, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on the following application:

CASE: 21-0070 

APPLICANT: City of Blaine

PETITION: The City is proposing a code amendment to the FR (Farm Residential), RE (Residential Estate), R-1 (Single Family), R-1AA (Single Family), R-1A (Single Family), R-1B (Single Family) and DF (Development Flex) zoning districts and Section 33 (Performance Standards) to allow accessory dwelling units in single family districts.

HEARING DATE AND TIME: Said hearing will take place at Blaine City Hall Council Chambers, located at 10801 Town Square Drive, Blaine, Minnesota, 55449 on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 7PM.

If you cannot attend, public comments that are emailed to [email protected] by 4:30PM on Monday, November 8, 2021 will be shared with the Planning Commission at this meeting. Unsigned or anonymous comments will not be included in the public record. The agenda will be available at BlaineMN.gov/Agendas five days prior to the meeting.
