PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the City of Blaine, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on the following application:

CASE: 21-0080 

APPLICANT: City of Blaine

PETITION: The City is proposing annual revisions to the Blaine Zoning Ordinance. The revisions are primarily to clarify the code, modify parking requirements, and modify sign regulations in residential districts. The document is on file at city hall.

HEARING DATE AND TIME: Said hearing will take place at Blaine City Hall Council Chambers, located at 10801 Town Square Drive, Blaine, Minnesota, 55449 on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 7PM.

All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. If you cannot attend, public comments that are emailed to [email protected] by 4:30PM on Monday, December 13, 2021 will be shared with the Planning Commission at this meeting. Unsigned or anonymous comments will not be included in the public record. The agenda will be available at BlaineMN.gov/Agendas five days prior to the meeting.
