PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the City of Blaine, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on the following application:

CASE: 21-0088

APPLICANT: Adolph’s Catalytic Converters

LOCATION: 12325 Cloud Drive NE (see map)

PETITION: The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit amendment to allow additional outside storage on site, including storage under a newly constructed canopy in an I-2 (Heavy Industrial) zoning district. The materials stored on site will include scrap metal, pallets, and barrels holding recyclable metals.

HEARING DATE AND TIME: Said hearing will take place at Blaine City Hall Council Chambers, located at 10801 Town Square Drive, 2nd Floor, Blaine, Minnesota, 55449 on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 7PM.
