Whether you are commuting to work or doing some serious off-roading, you should never be without a bike helmet while riding. It could literally mean the difference between life and death. In 2019, sixty-two percent of bicyclists killed were not wearing helmets, according to the U.S. Department of Transportation's Fatality Analysis Reporting System.
The City of Blaine Safety Services Division and the Spring Lake Park-Blaine-Mounds View (SBM) Fire Department will host its annual bike helmet fitting and sale event at 11920 Ulysses Street NE in Blaine to promote the safety of bicyclists in the community.
