PETITION: The applicant is requesting the following:
- Rezoning from FR (Farm Residential) to DF (Development Flex).
- Preliminary plat to subdivide 19.24 acres into 16 single family lots, one outlot, and two lots for existing homes to be known as Meadowland Estates West.
- Conditional use permit to allow for the construction of 16 single-family lots and standards for two existing homes in a DF (Development Flex) zoning district.

HEARING DATE AND TIME: Said hearing will take place at Blaine City Hall Council Chambers, located at 10801 Town Square Drive, Blaine, Minnesota, 55449 on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 7PM.

If you cannot attend, public comments that are emailed to [email protected] by 4:30PM on Monday, April 11, 2022 will be shared with the Planning Commission at this meeting.
