PETITION: The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to allow for a total of 1,187 square feet of accessory garage space in the R-1 (Single Family) zoning district. The applicant currently has an attached garage totaling 523 square feet and is requesting to build a 624 square foot detached garage.
