PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the City of Blaine, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on the following application:
Applicant: City of Blaine
Petition: The City is proposing an amendment to section 18-121 of the Code of Ordinances and 34.11 of the Zoning Ordinance to remove the requirement for signs to be installed by licensed contractors.
Hearing Date and Time: Said hearing will take place at Blaine City Hall Council Chambers, located at 10801 Town Square Drive, 2nd Floor, Blaine, Minnesota, 55449 on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 7PM.
Review Process: A public hearing is being held before the Planning Commission to accept public comments on the proposed application. The Planning Commission is an advisory body to the City Council and will make a recommendation on the application. The City Council will have final consideration of the application at a subsequent meeting.
