PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the City of Blaine, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on the following application:
Applicant: Foxtail Hollow Townhomes
Location: 121st Avenue and Radisson Road NE (see map)

Petition: The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit amendment to clarify the side yard and front yard setbacks in the Foxtail Hollow Townhome Development that is inthe Development Flex (DF) zoning district. No changes are proposed to the approved site plan. This amendment is a clarification of the setbacks listed in the conditional use permit.
Hearing Date and Time: Said hearing will take place at Blaine City Hall Council Chambers, located at 10801 Town Square Drive, 2nd Floor, Blaine, Minnesota, 55449 on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 7PM.
Review Process: A public hearing is being held before the Planning Commission to accept public comments on the proposed application. The Planning Commission is an advisory body to the City Council and will make a recommendation on the application. The City Council will have final consideration of the application at a subsequent meeting.
