• 129th Lane from 175 feet west of Tyler Street to Polk Street

• Polk Street from 126th Avenue to cul-de-sac

Project Area 2

• 131st Avenue (E) from Van Buren Street to Taylor Street

Project Area 3

• 131st Avenue (W) from Jefferson Street to Van Buren Street

Project Status as of 10/9/2023

The project consists of two phases, which can be seen on the project phasing map.

Phase 1

Construction activities during the week of October 9 will include:

• Irrigation system repairs
• Boulevard grading and restoration

Project Status as of 10/9/2023

The project consists of four project areas, which can be seen on the project phasing map. Project newsletters were mailed out on Friday, May 19.

Project Area 1

Construction has been completed in project area 1 except for minor punch list items which will be completed this fall.

Project Area 2

Construction has been completed.

Project Area 3

Construction has been completed in project area 3 except for minor punch list items which will be completed this fall.

Project Area 4

Construction has been completed in project area 4 except for minor punch list items which will be completed this fall.
