23-06: Northwest Area Street Reconstruction

• 129th Lane from 175 feet west of Tyler Street to Polk Street
• Tyler Street from 127th Lane to 129th Lane
• Polk Street from 126th Avenue to cul-de-sac

Project Area 2

• 131st Avenue (E) from Van Buren Street to Taylor Street

Project Area 3

• 131st Avenue (W) from Jefferson Street to Van Buren Street

Project Status as of 11/17/2023

The project consists of two phases, which can be seen on the project phasing map.

Construction has been completed. Once assessment calculations are completed in 2024, assessed properties will begin to receive assessment information in the mail.

Project Status as of 11/17/2023

The project consists of four project areas, which can be seen on the project phasing map. Project newsletters were mailed out on Friday, May 19.

Construction has been completed. Once assessment calculations are completed in 2024, assessed properties will begin to receive assessment information in the mail.
