Grillin Meats

Christina and her family raise Registered British White cattle which are noted for their docile temperament and superior meat. Cattle of Royal Descent, they have worked to build the meat quality for 100% Grass Fed Beef production with superior tenderness. There is NO grain fed to their cattle at any stage of production.  They also offer Berkshire (red meat) pork, Cornish Cross chickens, meat type geese, and ducks, as well as a flock of mixed breed brown and green egg laying hens.

Nothing Bundt Cakes

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Blaine sells their Bundtlets and Bundtinis at the Blaine Farmers Market.  They always offer samples so you can try before you buy.  The moist and flavorful cakes are sure to be a hit whether you are entertaining or just treating the family to a surprise!

  • Crock Pot Beef Sandwiches

  • Waldorf Goat Cheese Salad

  • Nothing Bundt Cakes


Crock Pot Pulled Beef

Ingredients:
1 large onion (1 cup) Schwartz Family Farm
1 cup barbecue sauce (Chef Earl)
½ cup French dressing
½ cup condensed beef broth 
2 beef roast (2 to 2 ½ pounds each)
12 burger buns, split (The Grateful Bread)

Directions:
-Spary 3 -4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix onion, barbeque sauce, dressing and broth. Add beed; stir to coat
-Cover, cook on low heat setting 8-10 hours
-Remove beef from slow cooker, skim fat from sauce. Shred beef with 2 forks; stir beef back into sauce. Using slotted spoon, place ½ cup beef mixure onto bottom of each bun. Cover with top bun and serve

Goat Cheese Waldorf Salad

2 cups mixed greens (The Farm)
2T raspberry walnut vinaigrette
½ c red seedless grapes
2T crumbled goat cheese (Eichers)
2T chopped pecans (Platense)

Pets at the Market

We love pets, however, the Blaine Farmers Market is considered an outdoor grocery store.  Since we sell food and provide food samples, we must follow the health and safety guidelines set forth by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Pets are not allowed within the market area. Service and police dogs are always welcome.
