Menu of the Week

Quick & Easy Pierogi & Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:
1 pound  potato pierogi (from Natasha’s Pierogi’s)
1 (10 ounce) can cream of whatever soup
1 (10 ounce) can milk
2 cups cooked sausage (from Clara’s comfort Foods)
2 cups cheddar cheese
 
Directions:
Layer the bottom of a 9x13 greased pan with frozen pierogies.
Then sprinkle the sausage over top of the pierogoies.
Mix together the soup and milk and pour over the sausage and pierogies.
Top with cheese and bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

 

Spinach and Kale Strawberry Salad        

Ingredients:
Bag of spinach
Chopped up kale- equal amount to spinach
Cut up strawberries- 10 or so cut up
Feta cheese- cup up to your taste
½ cup frosted pecans from Plantense
Raspberry balsamic dressing- your choice from grocery store
 
Directions
Mix together in a bowl and serve immediately
