City of Blaine Announces Closure of all City Buildings to the Public


On March 17 the City of Blaine closed all public buildings until further notice. City staff are continuing to work and assist the public but the buildings will not be open for in person business.

Buildings Closed to the Public

  • Blaine City Hall, 10801 Town Square Drive
  • Blaine Public Works, 1801 101st Avenue NE
  • Mary Ann Young Center, 9150 Central Ave NE
  • All city park buildings


How to Conduct Business Without Coming to City Facilities


City staff will continue to work and be reachable to phone or email. The majority of city business can be conducted without in person meetings. If you are unsure of who to contact please call 763-784-6700 or email Communications@BlaineMN.gov.
