Blaine Launches Round Three of the COVID-19 Small Business Relief Grant Program
Earlier this week the Blaine City Council committed another $250,000 of CARES Act funding to grants for small businesses and nonprofits.
The application portal for round three of the City of Blaine COVID-19 small business grant program is now live. So far through this program 50 Blaine businesses each received a $10,000 grant.
Grant Details and Application Process
The application window is open until October 21. The city has developed a webpage with details including eligible expenses, business eligibility criteria, and a frequently asked questions section. Please review this information at BlaineMN.gov/COVID19BusinessGrants. Applications will be competitive and ranked based on criteria established by the city.
If you own a Blaine business and do not quite fit into the eligibility requirements for the grant program, reach out to city staff and see if program adjustments can be made to help your business become eligible. Contact information is included on the left side of this email.
