On Monday, December 21 at 6PM join us for a Blaine Farewell Celebration. Watch as invited guests share their memories of working with Mayor Tom Ryan and Councilmember Dick Swanson. Mayor Ryan and Councilmember Swanson will retire at the end of this year after serving the Blaine community for more than three decades.
