CASE: 22-0014
APPLICANT: Meadowland Estates West (Herbst Raich Investments, LLC)
LOCATION: 2741 and 2775 125th Avenue NE (see map)

PETITION: The applicant is requesting the following:
  1. Rezoning from FR (Farm Residential) to DF (Development Flex).
  2. Preliminary plat to subdivide 19.24 acres into 16 single family lots, one outlot, and two lots for existing homes to be known as Meadowland Estates West.
