Petition: The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a home occupation in an FR (Farm Residential) zoning district.

Notice of Public Hearing 22-0067 City of Blaine
Case: 22-0067
Applicant: City of Blaine
Petition: The City is proposing annual revisions to the Blaine Zoning Ordinance. The revisions are primarily to clarify the code, establish an appeals process, modify parking requirements, allow for data centers, taprooms, and personal care/healthcare/fitness uses in additional districts, remove minimum lots sizes from commercial districts, modify home occupation standards, and allow for special purpose fences in a broader range of circumstances.

  4. Conditional use permit for a 196-unit apartment in a DF (Development Flex) zoning district.
