Coon Creek Watershed District Board of Managers Vacancy


The Coon Creek Watershed District (CCWD) is administered by a Board of Managers made up of 5 members. The mission of the CCWD is to manage groundwater and surface water drainage systems to prevent property damage, maintain hydrologic balance and protect water quality for the safety and enjoyment of citizens and the preservation and enhancement of wildlife habitat. If you are a Blaine resident and interested in serving, please review the notice and map as you must reside within the CCWD boundary. A nominee must also be eligible to vote in the district and not be a public officer of the county, state of federal government. If you would like to be nominated, please submit your name and address to Lisa Derr at the City of Blaine by March 28 at A list of nominees will be submitted to the Anoka County Board of Commissioners, the appointing authority.
